In 2003 we purchased a Gestetner 3532/4235g PCL6
copier/fax/scanner from Sterling Office Systems. The
entire process from the first point of contact with
Sterling to the final delivery, setup, and
instruction was a very pleasant experience. The
follow up contact after the sale was reassuring and
welcomed. Jeff Polites the sales representative from
Sterling was a great help during the entire process
of researching various copiers and comparing prices
to determining what would best fit our needs for the
future. Jeff set up a site visit with a company that
recently purchased the same piece of equipment that
we were contemplating and we were able to see first
hand how the system operated and talk directly with
the individuals who were using the machine on a
daily basis to get their personal opinion and
feedback. This was invaluable and was also the key
component to making our final decision to proceed
with getting the Gestetner. Here it is four years
later and we are still extremely happy with the
equipment. sterling Office Systems has continued to
provide us with their assistance, promptly sending
supplies when ordered, responding to maintenance
requests and answering questions whenever needed,
and we would give them our highest recommendation to
anyone who is in the market for office equipment.
